Little Red School House was a pleasure to stay in and it was situated perfectly for our stay and needs. Beds are great. Location is GREAT!

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

I rented this AirBnB for my bother and sister and their kids to stay at during my father's funeral services. Silvain was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The house has 2 separate sections so my siblings and their families had their own sleeping space. The house was very clean and they even had some free amenities as welcome gifts. There was a bathtub that was out-of-order, but I did see it listed as such in the description prior to renting. The backyard has a wonderful firepit section we were able to enjoy. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to rent in this area, even if it would be a little out of your way. As soon as I saw the property, I knew my siblings would love it and I no longer had to stress about where my siblings would stay during my father's funeral proceedings. Thank you Silvain and Victoire for helping to make my that process stress free.

I had a wonderful three day stay at Courtney‘s historical Ensign- Bickford house apartment in the heart of downtown Simsbury. Walking distance to the flower Bridge, where I enjoyed coffee with the sunrise each morning of my stay! Apartment was lovely, clean, and Courtney was a very responsive host. Little details and amenities in the apartment, such as the delicious coffee, snacks, and seltzer water were a pleasant surprise! I am looking forward to staying again sometime soon in the future!
