Appartement très spacieux, bien agencé, avec beaucoup de rangements et un balcon agréable. Il est parfaitement situé, ce qui était exactement ce qu’on cherchait. Tout s’est bien passé durant le séjour. Si vous comptez cuisiner, pensez à ramener quelques ustensiles de base. Sinon, c’est un logement vraiment confortable et pratique ! Merci à Waleed

Firstly the terrace has an amazing 360 view! and was really big. Really nice apartment, spacious and clean. With a Modern bathroom. The area its self is close to the center, but safe and quiet at the same time. Super chilled vibes. Felt safe coming home at night, and a lot of upmarket style cafes around. The host was really nice and friendly, and was there when needed, but you’re also left you to your privacy. Over all I would recommend this to everyone, I have only good things to say

Magnifique endroit vue parfaite de jour et de nuit, très grand y’a tout le confort on est bien !

Logement super bien équipé, service impeccable, résidence bien sécurisé. La zone est en rénovation (travaux), essayez plutôt Bolt pour les taxis car difficile d’en trouver, si vous êtes véhiculé alors tout va bien

Casa molto accogliente! comodissima come zona per arrivare a piedi al mercato e alla medina, vicinissima alla stazione dei bus per andare ovunque, grande parco verde proprio difronte alla casa. La signora che ci ha accolti é stata gentilissima e Mahdi é stato super disponibile lasciandoci accendere alla casa a mezzanotte passata quando siamo arrivati con l'aereo. Esperienza fantastica!

L'appartamento è come da descrizione e ha tutto ciò che serve. È a pochi passi sia dalla medina che dal centro città. La terrazza e il balconcino permettono di rilassarsi all'aperto e godere delle belle giornate. Youssef è molto gentile, amichevole, premuroso e sempre disponibile ad aiutare in caso di bisogno.

Je commence par le hôte Aziz qui est très courtois très réactif et discret La villa est magnifique les photos sur le site ne montrent pas tout le caché de la villa en réalité la villa est beaucoup plus belle que sur le site et une très belle surprise La villa est très authentique bien fidèle à son époque tout en offrant un confort un redoutable. Une librairie est à disposition de quoi occuper les grands et les petits quant aux sportifs une belle piscine et un grand terrain pour faire de l’exercice Nous sommes partis à contrecœur à la fin du séjour

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et a la location toutes les conditions étaient réunis,pas très loin de l'aéroport,on trouve vraiment tous se qu'on a besoin à deux pas de l'appartement en 20 minutes vous êtes à Tunis ville et comme pour les plages de Tunis, la marsa ou sidi bousaid pas très loin en taxi pour quelques dinard en clair pas vraiment le temps de s'ennuyer,un grand merci a lili et a sa famille qui ont était vraiment accueillant tous le temps disponible et réactifs ils vous renseigne et vous guide si besoin je recommande lili pas à 100% mais à 200%.

Dar Chams is a very beautiful, freshly tastefully renovated, house. It is very spacious – it has 2 living rooms, 2 double bedrooms and another single bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a roof-top terrace with a beautiful view of the medina. It is very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful and central corner of the medina, with easy access to several nice cafes, restaurants, shops, the souk, and other major sites. Lotfi is an amazing host, very generous, friendly, and eager to help. Communication with him was very easy: he was always available and replied promptly. Lotfi was very flexible with the check in and check out times. He also generously invited us to delicious breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful time at Dar Chams and with Lotfi, and we hope to come back soon. Highly recommended!

Hashem did the checkin with us. he greeted us very warmly and showed us the appartment. The apartment is a private one in a shared house. To get onto the Property there is a shared door ( which needs alot of love to open) and then the door to get to the appartment which is private. The Apartment is really amazing, it is spacious and warmly decorated. The Apartment really has its charm and its not far away from Ennasr which gives you alot of shops cafes and restos. In the Apartment we were greeted with good Towels, for Body and hands, shampoo for body and hair, toiletries like toothpaste, cottonswaps and very good smelling handsoap. Also in the kitchen, we were greeted with two 6-packs of water and coffee capsules. Multiple small things like salt etc are there too. The beds are very comfortable. The appartment overall really felt like a 5-Star Hotel apartment. i recommend it 200000% and we will come back

Nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour chez la maman de Yessine qui nous a accueillis à bras ouverts, avec notre bébé. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut et la terrasse est très agréable, notamment en soirée. On ne peut que recommander ces hôtes chaleureux et réactifs. Au plaisir :)

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With a child The airport is about 15-20 minutes drive It’s a great location for someone visiting the city or on a business trip Will definitely visit again

We stayed here a week with a family and had a good time. You will need to rent a car to access the city and shopping; but Hayy Nasr is very stylish and all the things you need for a family are very close. Nejib and Ghaya are a wonderful, hospitable family - and the pool in the back is perfect for the hot sunny days. Bedrooms are large; the washing machine gets the job done; the AC's work well; and the bathroom is great for a family. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Nejib!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien situé et propre. Kais était extrêmement accueillant et disponible, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Super hôte très réactive, appartement encore plus jolie en réalité très classe et très bien placé avec tout à proximité.

Abdallah est très Courtois et le logement est parfait et très fidèle à la description et aux photos.

C'était un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et spacieux. La zone est calme et l'immeuble est bien sécurisé.Il y a deux supérettes à proximité, des restaurants et des salons de thé. Je le recommande vivement . Je tiens à souligner que le propriétaire nous a bien accueillis et nous a accordés beaucoup d'attention et a fait de son mieux pour que le séjour soit agréable.

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil exceptionnel. L'appartement était parfaitement propre, idéalement situé, avec une belle vue.
