Beautiful condo by the ocean shore, full of natural light and great ventilation. Located in the 7th floor of the building the ocean and mountain views are unbeatable. 5 minutes walking distance from the main restaurants and stores. The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

A dining table is set on a balcony, overlooking a serene beach and pools. The table features a fruit platter, cups, and utensils. Two lounge chairs are positioned beside the table, allowing for relaxation while enjoying panoramic ocean views.

Paula Maria’s place was fantastic, as advertised! We had an absolutely incredible stay that far exceeded our expectations. After a disappointing experience with a dishonest agency in the area (Property Rental Club) that canceled our original booking at the last minute, we were so grateful to find this gem. The host welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and their honesty and responsiveness were a breath of fresh air after what we had just dealt with. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger group. It offered the ideal balance of comfort and style, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. One of the highlights of our trip was working with the local chef the host recommended. The meals were absolutely delicious, and having someone prepare fresh, local dishes for us in-house truly elevated the whole experience. I can’t rec

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

The villa has an amazing view! The main pool is like a dream and the view is also super super beautiful! The facilities are as described, it is well located. The housekeeper Rafi cooks super delicious food and keeps the villa super clean. Rodrigo, the manager, is always attentive, helpful and, if necessary, he'll get you a babysitter, which helped us a lot; very patient with the children 🩷✨ Of course I'll be back! 100% recommended!

The stay with Sixto was excellent, he was always available for anything, and the place has all the amenities to rest and is close to everything, we would definitely stay in his apartment again.

A lush pathway is flanked by tall palm trees and vibrant greenery. The trail, partially covered with gravel, leads into a serene natural setting, inviting exploration. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Homer is a very friendly, and flexible person. The cabin is rustic but beautiful and comfortable. As it is elevated it feels like being in a little house on the trees Excellent view of the trees in the salad, it was not very pleasant. Very spacious beds and comfortable mattresses. Because of the location, the place feels secluded. However, by car one quickly reaches the beaches, Ixtapa or the town of San Jose. There were some mosquitoes, but the bedrooms have mosquito nets. It is a place where one can save well and enjoy the beaches.
