A gem! Perfect location in the middle of the old town (less than 5 minutes to the metro, bus or tram) with direct views of the cathedral. Tasteful, high-quality interior. 4th floor, no elevator, no air conditioning, no WiFi. We felt very comfortable!

Staying at Alejandros place was an amazing experience: One can feel, though now used as an Airbnb, a lot of love is in this apparement. The location is a dream for everyone who likes to be close to the local life of Bilbao and at the same time close to all the monuments a tourists would like to visit. Communication was very detailed and done in advance so one can arrive calmly without any unexpected surprises. Would recommend this place to all my friends!

Very friendly, attentive and quick to respond host. The house is super clean and tidy.... quiet area and very close to everything. If I had to say something negative... it's that it's a difficult area to park

Lovely apartment with great views. Very kind and responsive host and concierge. Driving a little difficult with one way streets and lack of parking. Supermarket restaurants bars and metro very close. Be aware the parking is 5 minutes walk away and costs ( I was charged ) 7 Euro per day cash.

Great central location for exploring Bilbao. Very clean apartment, three grocery stores less than a block away and great air conditioning.

Great place to stay in central Bilbao, responsive host and very clear instructions, apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Only one minor point is that the air con seemed to have a lower temperature limit so it felt warm during the night, but this was during a heatwave of 37 degrees so may not be an issue during more normal weather!

Javier and Jolanda have a great place. The neighborhood is not central but it’s nicely situated in the next to a beautiful park, the river, and a stunning green hill, visible from the balcony. Javier was very kind to us, very talkative and nice in messaging, he left an impression of an old friend that left us his apartment. I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great location for walking to the old town and Guggenheim. Begoña always responded to queries very quickly and she gave clear instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. It is a beautiful apartment and we felt right at home straight away. The beds were very comfy, and the apartment was very clean and tidy.

My family, including two pre-teens, enjoyed our stay. Lys is a fantastic host. Bilbao is a vibrant city. We happened to visit during a heat wave, which was a challenge at times, but we adjusted and it all worked out.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.
