On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.

Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

Apartment 1 in the forester's lodge near Schwerin

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and a 15,000 m² garden and courtyard. Both apartments have a separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but cannot be reached by public transportation. There is no Wi-Fi! But a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons! Do not bring animals
