Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.

We had a generally pleasant stay at Ken’s unit. The place was clean, well-maintained, and located in a very strategic area—conveniently with food stalls just downstairs. The host was responsive and communicated well throughout the stay. We were also glad to find a water purifier provided in the unit, which made things much more convenient during our stay. However, there is some room for improvement in terms of hospitality. For example, only half a roll of toilet paper was provided, and guests are expected to tip for additional items such as toilet paper, snacks, or drinks. A bit more generosity with basic amenities would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with great potential. Thank you, Ken!

Value for money. Suitable for group of friends hanging out and sleepover, light gaming activities at home is more than sufficient with the projector available. Tabita has been helpful in check-in process, arranging/booking additional carparks from the management, and immediate ordering missing amenities such as toilet rolls. We really love the little act of kindness from Tabita for providing complimentary titbits and snacks. We’re glad the check-out time is 12pm and it is adequate. Some other properties demand 11am checkout which would be a little too early to our schedule. Thanks and we look forward to returning to staying here again.
