a very good house for leisure. away from city but alot of great foods here. House is very clean, all the things inside house are working well. sure we will repeat the same house if we plan to go kota warisan next time.

En.Musaini is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The unit is well maintained. He is also not very calculative and very2 friendly.

The host is enthusiastic, the service is received, and will give corresponding suggestions based on the actual situation of the traveler.

Loving the super king bed. It’s bigger than a normal king size bed. Free snacks and coffee/tea powder. Towel provided clean. Feels like a home.

I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. Meen is great host. The host greets me like a friend. The place is quite nice and feels like a hotel one. Coway water purifier, cloth dryer and two parking spot provided are plus points compared to other stay, and of course at the affordable price. Grab food can be delivered at your door step as well. Low light about the apartment are no lift from the parking and only several electrical socket can be used although the quantity quite a lot. Not sure about this, maybe I am the one who didnt know to plug in. Other than these two, are considered acceptable and quite well. Overall, I am satisfy with my stay there for 3 nights. Thanks Meen for hosting me..! Will not hesitate to rent again when I come to Putrajaya next time.

Khoo was extremely helpful from pre-check in to post-check out. From video guides on how to get to the place by car, exactly where to park and recommendations of where to eat, things to do etc. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The parking lot is right infront of the lobby. There are also many security guards around the facility and the rubbish area is very clean. Post-check out, Khoo was mindful of our wellbeing and flexible to accommodate to our requests. We highly recommend living in this or any other accommodation that khoo has to offer.

The hosts were very friendly and excellent communication. We had no issues at all. Walking distance to mall with really good restaurants and food court. For those who drive, car park provided very convenient. Security pretty good with lift use requiring access card. For the price we paid it was very good value. I totally recommend staying here.

Clean and nicely decorated place. Complete with facilities including washing machine. Perfect for 5 pax stay and owner also provides extra mattress. Owner is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many good restaurants, 7e and Family Mart and pasar malam. Highly recommended.

Overall was a good stay, the linen all clean. Only thing we were taken aback that the bed at the front wasn't a room but behind a curtain. Hence might want to take note of that.
