We stayed at Casa 1881 for nearly a month and had a great time. The place is spotless, at a good central location in Riobamba, has an amazing breakfast every morning (that I'll add is different every single time), and Santiago is always available for assistance or local tips. He set us up with a taxi to Chimborazo, making for a very easy experience. Netflix in every room was a plus (and note that Netflix in Ecuador has a different selection than that of the US). Also, fast internet to boot. Would easily stay again.

A very good experience, Don Segundo, our host, was very friendly and we had a warm stay, his family made us feel at home. Everything was very clean and easy to arrive. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice and spacious, the host is a charm of person, the view is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that it is not independent and if it goes out then it touches to communicate the time at which you will return home. 😓

My friend and I booked 2 rooms at Angel's Airbnb and were there for 2 nights as we wanted to go to Mt. Chimborazo. The rooms and washroom were as shown in the pictures and were clean. Angel came to the bus stop to welcome us and we took the taxi about 5 mins away. For a few dollars you can also order lunch or dinner if you like, which we did once during our stay. Angel is very friendly and responsive and helpful with our trip planning to go to Mt. Chimborazo. The city centre is also about 40 mins away by foot or a short taxi ride and it is close to the main bus terminal ($1.25 Taxi). It was a good stay and I I would happily recommend Angel's Airbnb.

Was one of the best hospitality that I have ever experienced, which made my stay to another level. I’m planned to come back to Riobamba, and 100% sure this is the place I want to come back.

This is a lovely place near the center of town. I would recommend staying here and their family is so sweet and kind. They gave us great tips for getting around, made us breakfast and gave us bikes for $7 a day. They have an adorable son who loves to play and cute cats. We appreciated our stay there, thanks again!

Had some mild issues with checking around New Years but all was resolved!

Patty's place is quite special. She and her family are warm hosts who welcomed us and shared their family history, farm, and surrounding areas with us. Their place was perfect for our family of six. The kids could roam and enjoy the animals. If you are looking for a down to earth, low key rustic environment with beautiful views, this is your place.

Josue was an excellent host. She was waiting for me on arrival. Even book hours in advance Josué was able to accommodate the stay.

Great little gem found in the heart of the town of Puyo. Loved my stay at this beautiful colonial hostal, the rooms are spacious and clean. It has everything you could want hot water, wifi, Tv and more. If you're looking for a great hostal and a great host I recommend staying here. 24/7 service if you need anything. Very accommodating to my every need. There's also free parking onsite which is a plus. Fully safe and secure. The scenery surrounding the area is gorgeous too. The breakfast was amazing too. I can't fault anything as I will be coming back! Once again thanks for everything.

We stayed here during Christmas and had a wonderful time, so we extended our stay there. The room had a beautiful view on the mountains, the shared bathroom was always clean, also the kitchen. The breakfast which was included was our favourite. Prepared with love and so delicious! Would definitely come again when we're in Baños!
