This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. The cabin is located 1.5 to 9.5 miles (5 to 20 minutes drive) from 13 wineries and breweries plus 18 minutes from the Dahlonega town square and Alpine Helen. Our location is also very convenient to many state parks, hiking trails, waterfalls, mountain bike trails, popular motorcycle roads & wedding venues.

The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
