I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dev's place. Check-in was incredibly easy with clear instructions, flexible timing, and a responsive host. The space was extremely clean, with a pristine kitchen, spotless furniture and linen, and a squeaky-clean bathroom, all free of clutter. Dev's description was extremely accurate, matching the photos and listing amenities perfectly. They were also friendly and always responsive. The location was perfect, offering privacy, great restaurants, just 100 meters from the metro station, and lots to do in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Dev's place and would definitely stay here again.

The stay was nice! Place was described and the guys who are at the property were very nice. They came to do clean the place every morning and helped us with our bags into the apartment. If you are renting here use U M Pictures India as reference for Uber. It takes right outside the apartment block. I definitely recommend this place for the price. Local supermarket (Ratnadeep) is very close for supplies as well as coffee shops and food places. Rahul was super responsive and gave great info before our arrival.

Host Vandana and her husband were super responsive which is very important. Knowing the challenge to find the exact location by Uber, Vandana had called me proactively and shared clear instructions to find the address. I ran into an issue with washer and she responded promptly and got it replaced in a few hours. It's an old building with a mediocre elevator but inside the home, you get whatever was included on the description. I would recommend this place primarily for the host response, prime location, easy access and amenities mentioned on the description.

We stayed at Rasiq’s flat for 30 days and had an excellent experience throughout. The flat was exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and with fresh linen at check-in. We’re very particular about cleanliness, and it truly met our expectations. Overall communication is great, respectful and supportive at all times. The location was peaceful with no disturbance, and the lift right outside made access super easy. As part of the stay, daily cleaning was arranged by Rasiq. We paid Rs 250 directly to the cleaner each day—he did a great job with mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and even doing the dishes. Timing was a bit tight some days, but he always showed up and was very courteous. I recommend staying in here to anyone and would like to stay there in future too.

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.
