Jizza was very accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay at in IT Park. Will definitely book this place again for all my business trips.

Very nice stay, easy access to the gym or pool. Location is just lite far from centre but not too far :) Host was very friendly and helpful. Internet was fast and reliable which is not so often to be seen in Philippines. Definitely recommend :)

- Very easy and stress-free to check in as it is a pass word that the hosts will send to you just before you check in. - The place was very clean and they left extra water for me to - Internet was fast and responsive so you not have to worry about that - Hot water was nice and worked great in the shower - One of the best prices in Cebu for a newer one bedroom condo in Cebu city - Close walk to Oakwood business park were there is laundry shops, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores - Lovely and her husband are great super hosts, they made my stay memorable, and were always available, and gave great service and tried their best to make me feel at home. I was able to visit them a few times and they really are a nice couple.

we've stayed at many Airbnb's In the Cebu area, and this is hands down one of the best! Patricia's place was clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We usually like to stay at different condos when I visit Cebu, but our stay was so nice that we booked two more additional stays! Every week they came and brought fresh linen and towels, cleaned the entire condo, and included snacks. No other host in my many stays in Cebu has ever done that! We've definitely have found our new go to place when we're in Cebu. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

ik zou hier zeker weer heen gaan. onlangs dat ik ver moest reizen . het appartement is zeer schoon en smaakvol ingericht. het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al , zeker een compliment waard.

I loved everything about this place! 🥰 It was super clean, and the ambiance and aesthetic were both homey and Insta-worthy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the hot and cold water dispenser was a lifesaver!). The host was also friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay right in the heart of the city!

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The view was beautiful and definitely a highlight, especially at sunset. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with no hassle at all. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. Would absolutely book again.

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Mivela Garden Residences during my birthday trip! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a lovely highlight, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure I had a smooth check-in and addressing any questions promptly. The room itself was well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. One small suggestion for improvement would be the air conditioning temperature control, it could be a bit more adjustable for optimal comfort. That said, overall, my stay was absolutely worth it, and I would happily book here again! Thank you for making my birthday stay so pleasant!

The building looked a bit old, so I was initially a little disappointed when I arrived. However, once I entered our room, I was pleasantly surprised—it was cozy, stylishly designed with modern touches, and fully equipped with updated facilities. Oscar, the host, was very responsive and addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally. He even allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule. I had a peaceful night's sleep, as the place was quiet, and I also enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from our room.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

Excellent accomodation. The host also is great! recommended for a quiet cozy stay. kitchen is great , nice view from the window , especially at night. host very responsive and caring. will definitely book again when Im back in the future.
