We're a cosy bolthole, perfect for unwinding in this home from home.

Welsh Cottage that Sleeps Six with Private Garden

Entire house , located in the peaceful village of Penisarwaun, 4 miles from Llanberis. Ty newydd is a traditional Welsh cottage that has been newly renovated. The house can sleep up to 6 guests , with two double bedrooms and a single with bunkbeds . There are two spacious private gardens either side with views of Snowdon/ Wyddfa and neighbouring mountains. The patio garden has a large outdoor seating area . The house also has private parking for two vehicles and fast fibre optic broad band.

We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. Ty Nain is a bright holiday home close to the University, shops and restaurants in Bangor. The house boasts a sea view over Hirael Bay and the Pier is a short stroll away. There is a bus stop near the property and the railway station is a 15 minute walk, so a car is not essential. Local attractions include Zip World, Snowdonia, Anglesey beaches and coastal paths, local castles (Caernarfon/Penrhyn), Surf Snowdonia, Greenwood Forest Park, Welsh Mountain Zoo, and Pili Palas for family fun.

My place is within easy access of Snowdon, Zip world, A55, Anglesey. You’ll love my place because its a traditional grade 2 listed welsh cottage fully refurbished and set in a small hamlet within the countryside. My place is good for couples, walkers, solo adventurers, business travellers and small families. PLEASE NOTE: This is a small village located a couple of miles from the main A55 road there are no shops in the village itself. Tesco is a 5 min drive away

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
