The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Nice new place , is around 7km away from pattaya night life , a grab will take 30min , hope the owner can provide drinking water Otherwise it’s a nice place as described , clean , worry the money , attentive host Would stay here again 😊

one of the best air B&B places i / we had stayed in, the host was super responsive, always available when needed some small help, overall, i think the place was fantastic, everything was provided. the location was central to everything. It made our holiday even better. Thank you kindly to Emma, you will have a fantastic time staying here. Will definitely be booking again next time we are holidaying there. This villa was truly amazing, very beautiful house and very spacious, I had a group of 6 people stay here and everyone felt right at home. Minnie provided everything we needed to live here from plates and silverware to housekeeping daily. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance from pretty much any store. I highly recommended this place to anyone coming to pattaya. This was my first time in Thailand and it couldn’t have been any better. Minnie is one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with very professional and extremely responsive. I wish I could give more stars!!

Beautiful Villa and wonderful host. All rooms were very clean they had plenty of tea coffee water bottles cut fruits available throughout the stay. The host cooked us some eggs in morning and was very flexible with the cleaning schedule. The pool is crystal clear and surrounding areas had pleanty of seating. They definitely need some upgrades in the kitchen like new pans other than that everything is just perfect. Looking forward to staying here again.

As soon as you pass the entry door you will feel at home. The house is great, clean, very bright and situated in a dead end street so you are sure you will no noise. The pool is perfect, the kitchen has more than you need: oven, air fryer, mixer, coffee drip machine and all you need to cook. The rooms are big and there is a lot of space to hangout and enjoy the house facilities. The pool is hidden, so that's great for intimacy and you have 7/11 stores open 24 hours just 3 min walking distance. This house made us feel at home and Poom and her husband made us feel comfortable since the beginning. They were also very flexible on arrival and departure times, that was perfect for us. I highly recommend the house, you are a little outside Pattaya's center but close the Mab Prachan area which has plenty of International highly recommended Restaurant's. You will definitely have a perfect and unforgettable stay at this house.
