The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

this house was a perfect getaway for us ,brilliant for family time together the hosts are amazing really responsive overall a super experience, the only thing I would say to anyone coming to stay here (and this has nothing to do with the house or hosts) is the beach is not good it's very dirty and not good for anything other than collecting shellfish to eat,if you have transport then there is a beach not far which is wonderful

We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Conveniently located, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The guards are also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained and clean. There is no problem with the use of anything in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

The condo is located on the top 35-th floor and it has absolutely incredible seaview! It's very clean and cozy inside. Also onsen and sauna are very great addition to the swimming pool. The host helped to solve all small problems very quickly. Neighborhood is quiet, but not boring – it has all what you need: beaches, restaurants and cafes, bars, 7-11, money exchange, and all of them are within walking distance. Definitely recommended 👍

Great condo, wonderful apartment and responsive hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds with the description, in terms of furnishings - even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, a rice cooker, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron, hair straightener; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, a laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little far away, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage parlors nearby, 7/11 is a 10-minute walk As a disadvantage, there are ants in the apartment Nuke is constantly in touch, responds quickly, tries to help. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

The accommodation is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It feels like you are at home. The landlord is quick to contact and gives good advice on every aspect. The location is close to many famous entertainments and restaurants but still maintains peace and privacy. Highly recommended.
