Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

Our apartment is located in the center of Avşa Island. The furniture of our apartment is completely zero and very suitable for long-term stays. It is located in the center of Avşa on the side of the amusement park and is zero to the sea. Five minutes walk to the pier. Supermarkets are right next to us, Migros is on the entrance floor of the building where we are and Shock market is opposite us. It is an ideal apartment for families. Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

The room was spotless, I did not encounter any dirt in the bathroom and kitchen, and there was not even as much dirt as the point. The towels and utensils provided were also very clean. The air conditioning, stove and TV were working smoothly. There was also hot water. The location is an average of 10 minutes to the beautiful ferry pier and very calm around. They took great care of us, thank you, they helped us no matter what we asked. I was very satisfied with your warmth. Highly recommend.

A serene Airbnb stay. I came to Ms. Gözde's house for the second time. Erdek and its surroundings are great. The house's location made it easy to get to. Everything that could be needed was available in the house. They provide it right away if anything is missing. I had a peaceful and serene stay. Ms. Gözde and her husband have always been friendly and helpful. See you again.

Your place was very nice within walking distance on the beach and the surroundings. We were very pleased.

the accommodation is important, but the trust given by the operator is more important. Mr. Yüksel is a successful and sensitive person in this regard. He is very respectful of his guests. my accommodation is right in the center. It is an environment where you can take regular walks. It is an average of 7 minutes between my accommodation place and the port. An accommodation in the center of the garden. You can drink tea and coffee in the garden and read a book, if you want, you can burn a barbecue and eat your meal.

We had a great stay experience! Our host, Mr. Murat, was friendly, versatile and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his passion for fish and his hospitality, we felt very comfortable. Especially the grilled fish with the sauce she prepared were incredibly delicious! It also does a boat and fish tour when the weather is nice, which added a great experience to our stay. The area was quite calm during the winter season, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host also had very detailed information about the area and gave us great recommendations. We felt like we'd known him for years. We would definitely recommend!
