House in rural area in Angra dos Reis, Zungu neighborhood, market, restaurant and waterfall very close! House composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, barbecue, swimming pool, fully equipped and planned kitchen, each room contains a double bed and we have 2 more mats. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Trail to the Enchantment Waterfall, and there is another waterfall very close to the residence. Entire private house (we DO NOT have a common area). We do not rent for parties/loud music is prohibited.

Plus, with 280 thousand m² of land, you can explore and enjoy hiking or even take a dip in the stream within the property. The city of Bananal (SP), 12km (15min), portrays its rich history in monuments, mansions, and farms from the coffee era, and offers ecotourism through its breathtaking waterfalls.

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.
