This place is just nice when you plan a trip with your friends so many things to do they have karaoke set ps5 and swimming pool with tv. The villa is beautiful the host is nice they even gave us ice cream and ice cube communication is easy and the place is just within 15-20 min drive to many attractions. Recommend other guest to book

I had such a lovely stay at Niti’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great cafes, shops, and convenient stores. Miri was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming place to relax!

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the two king-sized beds—both very cozy and perfect for a restful sleep. The home is fully air-conditioned, which kept us cool throughout our stay. It’s also well-equipped with great amenities, including a large fridge, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV with Netflix—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our kids absolutely loved the place and settled in right away, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay and great value for money. perfect room for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai. very clean, great WiFi, close to the Central shopping mall. There is a laundry in the building but also there is a new laundry opposite the building for busy times. the host is super responsive to messages and seems vert friendly and polite. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hat Yai
