Vacation rentals with a patio in Ban Chang

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Top floor unit with beautiful views

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

I've stayed at a handful of units in this particular location and I'd say this one was the most put together and very clean. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

Lovely place and a nice location in a private villa complex, very helpful and accommodating staff and receptionist who are always on hand and very friendly. Iced coffees at reception are delicious and can be ordered to your villa, caramel machiatto in particular was incredible. The villa not only matches the description, it is better than the images and more spacious, you can login to your netflix and watch on TV and there is stable WiFi. The pool is really nice to have a swim and it's the perfect location with which to enjoy and explore Jomtien. We would certainly stay again.

Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

Very good location and close to everything you need for your vacation such as many bars, massage shop, restaurant,Seven Eleve. Close to the mall Avenue and Central Pattana. The room is very nice , clean and smells nice. The balcony you can have a chill with morning coffee. Netflix, WiFi and big screen TV and iron. The kitchen is good you can cook here . Don’t know what to say but I’m really recommend this place. 🥰❤️

our stay was great nice place with complete amenities check in was smoothly and easy nearby beach also mall a lots of choices bar and massage place at night have a bit noisy from the bar nearby but its fine not really annoying if u really sensitive just bring earbuds and use it when u sleep overall is good and nice place for sleep worth it for money☺️

It's my 7th stay in the Edge building, which to me is the best option to stay in the city. I must say that this was on of my favorite condos. The host goes the extra mile for the guests, by having water & coffee available, providing useful equipments (washer & dryer included) and creating a nice interior design. I Would definitely recommend this place!
