Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ban Chang

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

The host is friendly, the accommodation provided is also excellent, the property is located in a quiet and uninterrupted community, about 10 minutes from the sea and the city by car.I love the small balcony, and you can see the mountains and the sea in the fresh air!Didn't use the pool this time and it looked like it had a water slide and would like to stay again next time.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

I was only here for 8 days but thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I was coming back to pattaya

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Booked this place for my family vacation and got exactly what I expected. The room was well-prepared, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. Convenient location and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Quiet location, well away from the beach road which gets busy and noisy at weekends and holidays. Very responsive host, quick to sort out minor issues. Comfortable beds, good a/c's and fast Internet made for a relaxing stay. Renting transport to get to local shops is strongly recommended.
