Completely updated with clean new furnishings and recently renovated the home contains two small bedrooms, a nice size bathroom and living and dining areas along with a great fully updated kitchen with plenty of room for cooking. The courtyard has chairs and a fire pit.

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.
