Charming house with incredible views (Cerdanya)

Stone and wooden house with extraordinary views of the Cadí. House with excellent decor, high quality furniture, wood-burning fireplace, TV and well equipped kitchen. Ideal for disconnecting, to isolate yourself from the noise or go skiing in the Molina, La Masella...It has 3 double bedrooms one of them type suite. It has 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub, another with a shower tray, and a toilet downstairs. Andorra a 30 min, Bellever a 3 min and Puigcerdà a 10 min. The price does not include the tourist tax.

Located in the center of Das, a small village in La Cerdanya region, with a huge shared garden. With geothermal and solar panel energy, this house is always at the perfect temperature for our guests, who can enjoy snow activities and the warmth of the fireplace during autumn and winter, and sunny days and fresh air during the spring and summer.

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Very cozy apartment with beautiful views in a peaceful town. Just what we wanted for the weekend. The host very helpful and responsive. We spend a very nice weekend and we would repeat in Miriam’s place.

We absolutely love at our stay! The flat has 2 shower rooms (!!) something of a luxury with 3 teenagers. The duplex flat makes it nice and easy to live in, everything was perfect and spotless. We could park outside and either walk to the ski lift or took the car (1 min drive to ski lift on lazy days)..The host is wonderful responsive and replies to all the queries (many!) and advice/help with ski rental and skipass. We cannot wait to be back!

The village is very well located to get to the whole Cerdanya fast and easy. The house has a perfect layout: on the ground floor plenty of space for shoes, coats, skis and boots; on the middle floor there is the kitchen-dining-open living room with a complimentary utility room as well as a very well equipped suite room. On the top floor there are 3 rooms with a shower basin. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows; very powerful heat and fireplace; and, all the kitchen utensils that might be needed. Overall an excel.lent stay. Thank you very much Estefania for everything
