This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

The house and the room were very comfortable and welcoming to guests. There was a useful list of nearby restaurants and local magazines and books about the Hudson River Valley in the room. Michael gave a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable with quality linens, towels, and soaps. The cold pitcher of water with lemon and mint in the room when I arrived was a special touch.

This was a cute cozy cottage, just right for 3 people. This house was perfect for our quick getaway. Close to all local restaurants and store, but far enough away from all the busy roads. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond when we needed something. Would recommend to others.

Philip’s place was the perfect spot to land after an adventurous few days camping in the Catskills! He greeted us at the front door, gave us a full tour of the space and was gracious answering any questions we may have had. We were grateful for their beautiful space close to our visit to Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, an incredible experience nearby!
