This townhouse is the nicest one around. It is incredibly close to everything you want to do; Minutes to SPAC, Downtown Saratoga, Ballston Spa, the Casino, LG, and the Horse Race Track. This home has a new kitchen, central air, and is fully furnished. There are two master bedrooms with their own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom downstairs. Hot tub with fire table and comfortable patio furniture! Perfect stay for couples, friend groups, or large groups. We can accommodate just ask!

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

The Humble Village House in Historic Ballston Spa!
This beautiful and quaint home is 6 miles from the Saratoga Race Course/SPAC! If you're looking for a great place to rest after a long day at the track, this is the spot for you! Enjoy our outdoor patio and grill space on a wonderful summer night! Uber/Lift convenient!! The primary bedroom contains a queen bed, and the loft space contains one queen bed, and one full bed. There are cameras on the outside of property, and our home watch supervisor lives near by.

There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
