This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. Ligger landlig til, perfekt for rekreasjon! 50 m til havet/brygge. Dekorert i festlig, retro stil. Godt utstyrt. Baderom med varmekabler. 2 senger på loft (bratt trapp), 1 seng første etasje. Oppreide senger/håndklær. 45 min kjøring til Harstad, samme til flyplassen. 5 min til minimarked, lekeplass og bensinstasjon. 75 min til Polar park, 2 timer til Målselvfossen. 2,5 timer til Svolvær, 3 timer til Senja, under 4 timer til Tromsø. Ingen røyking inne, heller ikke tillat å feste.

New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.

Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
