We had a delightful stay here. La Gite is a gem and Catherine is a lovely host. La Gite is spacious and very lovely inside (and outside) and beautifully comfortable. Added bonus is the swimming pool! There're quite a few lovely chateaux nearby, surrounded by rolling countryside and majestic towns eg Chinon & Richelieu, and of course the River Vienne.

On top of that, Caroline was so responsive, accommodating our early check-in and later departure needs. So friendly and going above and beyond so we had a smooth stay. Thanks Caroline!
