In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Domaine de l'Augeonnière Villandry (20 people)

Welcome to the Augeonnière, former farmhouse (dependency) of the castle of VILLANDRY composed of 3 cottages for up to 20 people, with its famous Loire à Vélo. Nestled on the plateau in the middle of the fields in the heart of a 1.5 Hectare wooded park, you can fully enjoy the countryside tranquility of the region while being a few minutes' drive from the center of Bourg de Savonnières and its shops, but also very close to the most beautiful sites of the Loire Valley.

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.

The ubiquity of the water, heated pool (opening from 6/15 to 9/15) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is perfect for families (with kids) and groups. Catering, picnic baskets, breakfasts possible by reservation. Organization of possible events.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
