Vacation rentals with a patio in Balkan Mountains

We are so happy we’ve chosen to stay here (as we had a lot of discussions). All of us loved the place, it’s very spacious, stylish, well designed. The saloon feels like a real heart of the apartment (I could live there!). It’s close to the metro station from the airport, still in calm neighborhood, but 2 minute walk from the main street with restaurants and shops. I wasn’t sure about Sofia, didn’t have much expectations, but we’d spend a great time here and this apartment was part of that experience.

Camelia's apartement is safe, clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough for couples. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view. It is quite peaceful. The location is amazing, just a 15min walk to the old town and 30min walk towards the Parliament building. There is a grocery store, nice french bakery and a 5* asian restaurant around the corner. Camelia is very responsive and attentive host always ready to help.

My friend and I stayed at Camila's apartment for 5 nights. From the very first message with Camila, I felt I had made the right choice. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with its own separate bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s clear that attention was given to every detail needed for a comfortable stay (there were even umbrellas available just in case). The apartment looks exactly like the pictures—and is even more beautiful, inviting, and very clean in real life. Camila was available for us as promised (though there was hardly any need to contact her since everything was perfect). The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet close to the Old Town and the Radisson Hotel area, with convenient access to all means of transportation, making it easy and efficient to get anywhere. In conclusion, I highly recommend Camila's apartment and will definitely stay there a

Very nice apartment, with quality amenities and beautiful spaces. The resort is a min walk from a beach with deckchairs. Underground parking is included in the rental. I recommend it. Please note, upon our arrival the pool was not filled with water, they filled it with water from June 1.

Modern, stylish apartment in a perfect location — we could walk to nearly all major sights in Sofia. It was generally clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic with communication, providing all the information we needed promptly and making the whole process very smooth. The home itself was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated and made for a very comfortable stay. We did encounter a minor issue with the end barrier not opening with the remote, which made it a little tricky for taxis at times. Also, we noticed a slight sulphate-like smell in the shower water. However, these were minor inconveniences and didn't detract significantly from our overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness and excellent host communication.

The home looks just like the pictures, it is cozy and beautiful, we had a good night eep there and enjoyed the hot tub. The drive there is not so pitoresque but you forget everything once you are at the property.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

Mr. Taygun, he was very helpful and the house was also very nice. It was the perfect home and location for relaxing. We had a pleasant holiday, thank you Mr. Taygun.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The space was wonderful and the views were beautiful, which gave us calm and relaxation. Ibrahim was a wonderful and hospitable person who gave us everything we needed in the kitchen and tips about the surrounding places. The house has a garden full of fragrant roses. We felt like we were in our own home. One of the places I'll definitely go back to 🌸

The house was really luxurious, it had a well-equipped bathroom, kitchen, living room, we stayed for 1 night because it was on our way, but it can also be used for long trips, there are shopping centers and markets nearby, it was a very clean house, the garden was very nice, it had a sitting area, there was no parking problem, it was very comfortable

Incredible area, fresh air, great villa. It felt very private and secluded. The villa has everything you will need to cook a delicious dinner and enjoy it outside. Bear in mind that the weather is significantly different than the one you might experience at the beach / in the city (we loved the contrast). Might be a good idea to pack a hoodie. I'd definitely book again!

We visited in May for a walking holiday and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's cosy, well designed and has a lovely outside space. The location is great - walking distance from town and the main mountain routes & ski lifts. Iskra was very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 6 nights in Alexandru’s place and it was wonderful! Communication with him was flawless, he is so helpful and flexible as well, he sent us videos of how to find the parking space, the flat and overall was above and beyond helpful! The flat is lovely especially for a family with kids. Our daughter loved the bedroom and having the terrace is a huge plus. The condominium is quiet and peaceful and also gives a lot of privacy, considering it’s located quite central. It’s 5-6 minutes walk away from Carol Park which is great for taking kids and also from wonderful restaurants and cafes across the park, highly recommend eating there. We absolutely loved it and hopefully this will become our favourite place to stay when traveling to Bucharest. Thank you for everything, Alex!

The place had a terrific view from both the living room and the bedroom, location is just what every tourist would wish for - walkable distance to everything you might need. Host was responsive and helpful and answered to all of my inquiries. Apartment was clean and welcomibg with all the extra equipment left, such as fruit and extra condiments. Thank you!
