The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. Nev's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ayvalik. It was in an excellent location, close to the centre , the bazaar and excellent cafe's and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and charming and the kitchen extremely well equipped. But the highlight of the stay were Nev and Boran. They were warm, friendly, helpful, kind and generous. They were the best hosts we have every experienced! We will definitely be back.

This place is incredibly beautiful. The view and the terrace area overlook the sea and the Greek island of Lesbos. Assos ancient city is nearby. Easy access to the village coming from the north or the south. The flat is comfortable with all amenities and well stocked. Nurten is a friendly and warm host. we went as a family, the village and its surroundings are very nice. We were between Adatepe and Yeşilyurt, but Yeşilyurt village is calmer, so we were very satisfied with the house and the village. The courtyard, fireplace, kitchen, upper balcony of the house were very sweet. We loved it.
