Located in the city center, 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment is newly furnished. Many items in the house are in zero condition. Inverter air conditioning has just been purchased. It is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There's no problem with water, there's hydrophore. Hot water is always available. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5min walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. I speak English fluently.

It is centrally located on the dolmus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.
