House w/ Dock + Slide Situated on Lake Sinclair!

KenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great views from the back porch deck. Pretty cabin inside. Had a nice floating dock at the base of a steep set of steps. Good fishing for catfish and sunfish. We didn't go swimming but it was deep enough, with a ladder, if we wanted to. There was also an external building/bunk house with A/C but we didn't check that out. For the price it was a nice place to stay for the two of us.

Renovated duplex on former asylum campus

TammyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Tom is a wonderful host, and the place is clean. Easy to access with lockbox. Rooms are as described, and fresh linens were provided. Everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable. Welcome packet and check out instructions was thorough and helpful. Guests need to ignore the surrounding area, on the way to the duplex. Once we were inside, the place is secure and just as described. It is sparsely decorated (bare), so could use a little more warmth/coziness (which would also help absorb sound from living room into bedrooms)- but totally fine and understandable as a rental. Perfect for what we needed - just a place to sleep - we socialized elsewhere all weekend. Thank you for a nice visit to Milledgeville!

Our stay was very brief and unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the lake but the place was just as described and we would have loved to stay longer. Morgan and Stacey were great hosts, very helpful and gracious in accommodating our requests. Also would be remiss to not mention how comfortable the beds were. Would definitely stay again!

Lake Front w/Screened Porch

EricaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's place. We loaded up on groceries and used the charcoal grill. We brought our own grilling accessories but were surprised to find that Holly had charcoal and lighter fluid if we needed it. We rented a boat from a local marina and pulled it into the boat slip with her permission. We caught catfish and crappie off the dock. What really makes this place special is the fantastic view from the large screened in back porch with abundant seating as well as the space on the dock. The shed also had coolers, chairs, floats, paddle boards, all in nice condition. The coolers and chairs came in handy during our stay. There's also a fire pit that the teenagers enjoyed while my husband and I were night fishing with the littles. A few family members also came over to enjoy Saturday on the boat and dinner. Overall, we had a great time. I am thankful Holly shares such a great property with others and I'm sure we will book again.

Downtown Macon: The Shipping Container Escape

BreannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Briana's place was a cute little place to stay while we were in town visiting family. Everything was clean and we loved the security along with the use of the pool when the weather was good. We only had two issues 1) Water pressure and temperature wasn't great but usable and 2) If your plus size or claustrophobic this might not be the best stay, spaces can get tight (less than a foot between the wall and bed).

Beautiful lake house with great outdoor space and great amount of indoor space as well! We loved enjoying the pool as we were unable to get in the lake due to the shallow water (accurately listed in listing). Our dog enjoyed the back yard area as well and we appreciated it being fully fenced in.

Serene 3BR Cottage w/ Pool & Dock on Lake Sinclair

AshleyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I truly enjoyed being my family to the get away to enjoy peace and quiet on this lovely lake. The morning drinking coffee on the breezeway was divine. During the night having a fire in the back yard with only the sounds of the lake and crickets which was a nice change from our regular life. This was a great place for couples to have their own space and also be able to be together. I would love to return in summer with a group of friends to enjoy the pool and lake stay for a little longer. Can’t wait to come back

I had a great stay for the weekend. The space was cozy, clean, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. Check-in was seamless, and the location was easy to find. The bed was comfortable, and having a fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear footsteps from the main house above, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me, especially given the great price. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and would stay again.
A cozy cabin is framed by tall trees and grassy areas, featuring a red metal roof and wooden accents. Soft exterior lighting highlights the entrance, while neatly arranged flower beds add a touch of color to the landscape.

Enjoy Sunrise and Sunsets at This Lakefront Home

EileenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Really enjoyed the surroundings; so beautiful to wake up to every morning, loved hearing all of the birds. We throughly enjoyed each part of the home. We made a few meals; enjoying the living space both inside and outside. We enjoyed the lake from the dock; swam in the water, played corn hole and relaxed in the jacuzzi. We also rented a pontoon boat and tube to embrace the entire lake mood :) Just a note - the lake was very active during our time there so expect boat noises.

off the beaten path

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was an amazing Airbnb experience from start to finish, in no small part because of our hosts kind attentiveness! It’s true, the home was SPOTLESS, stocked fully, and exactly as pictured/described, but the extras really made my birthday trip special. Honestly, it felt like staying with friends who welcomed our entire family, not a contracted arrangement who was merely tolerating us and our pets. From the “in case you forgot” basket, to the extra (clean, easy to find) linens, the ease with remote check-in/out, to the pet towels (SO helpful!), everything was tidy and felt like home. Easily one of our most relaxed vacations thanks to our host’s clear, simple, and warm communication!
