You will enjoy your unobstructed view from the large deck and the brand new dock. Two rooms with queen beds, one room with full-size bunk bed and twin trundle (3 beds in that room). Only five minutes from downtown restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Enjoy your favorite music with built-in bluetooth speakers on deck and dock. Ask about monthly rates.

Spacious lakefront home. Super location! Deep H2O.

Spacious home on quiet deep-water cove, great for swimming. Put your boat in just .2 mile away & dock it here. Ample outdoor space, with 3 decks & terraced yard. Eat on the screened-in porch, grill out for dinner. HUGE master w/ door to a deck. Enormous kitchen. Two additional BR & large rec room w/ two twins. Double lot feels very private, but you're close to everything! 2 min to Dollar Gen; 6 to Kroger; 8 to downtown. I will consider two-night stays during non-peak months. Message a request.

Peaceful Lakefront Lodge with great sunsets.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Welcome to Lily & Oak on Lake Sinclair! The property features a large house with a completely separate 1 bedroom suite located in the basement . The property has a boat ramp to drop your boat in and out of the water and the waterline features a sheltered swimming area, a dock to fish or park your own boat from (or rent ours!), an outdoor ping pong table, and a firepit. The home features strong wifi and Roku TVs to stream your own apps on. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
