A very high quality, modern and beautiful space. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful people. It's also a great value on the price, according to their counterparts. We will definitely be back. You can choose with peace of mind and I would recommend.

We rented it for 6 friends for the weekend. Everything was as described and there was everything we needed in the house. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning in the house, but the house has a natural air conditioning, it's breezy everywhere. We never felt the lack of air conditioning. Mr. Yigit also took care of us very quickly, thank you. We will come again.

The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, up to 5 people can stay comfortably. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place.. A good place to relax. There is a sea view from afar, but the sunset creates a great view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. It's a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Izmir.

We had an enjoyable holiday with both the location of the house and the amenities provided by the house. We also experienced very nice beaches and restaurants with the advice of our host Mr. Bülent. We would also like to thank Mr. Bülent for his guidance, hospitality, attention and interest.

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.

Excellent hosts hosted a very meaningful day for me. It was clean, we found it easily, the location takes you right to it. They are such a friendly couple that I thank them for everything, I'm glad we met 🙏☺️🌸🫶

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first check-in, I told him that everyone had talked about him and that there were very nice comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I've never seen a host who was so helpful, polite, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we were going to take the ferry. So you'll really understand when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. There's a garden in the back. But the best thing was getting to know Mr. Mustafa. I highly recommend it.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were 9 people, we came from the United States to see İzmir. The location was perfect, and he was extremely responsive , sometimes even less than 5 minutes. He was really helpful and amazing with all our questions and requests. we really enjoyed the space it was just like the pictures. We had fun getting in, like a game, like the movie Saw, looking for keys to open other parts of the house. The parking was a bit difficult but we figured it out, seemed typical for such a busy area. Though it’s something to think about if driving, but not a complaint. Anyways we really loved the house, it was clean and beautiful. We are so grateful for Selim for opening his house to us, Thank you Selim!

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

Mustafa is a great host. Always available, recommended us nice places in Izmir and even drove us to a supermarket upon arrival. The apartment is very small but clean and has everything you need. Authentic places to eat/bakeries very close by and tourist attractions are also within walking distance. Overall a great experience!

The location of the house was great, the cleanliness and tidiness were very good. The house had everything that could be needed. Mr. Selim was very interested and his communication was fast. The house was very clean. It was easy to find. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with parking. It was within a 15-20 minute walk to the bazaar. The house had all the amenities. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Izmir. & Thank you for everything

Really beautiful clean property, we had a fantastic time here and Selim was excellent at getting back to us straight away.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply. The location is great, close to the main attractions and easy to get around either by walking or taking a bus. The house itself is a beautifully renovated old building, full of charm and lovely little details that make it feel really special. Check-in was self-service and super easy. Everything was perfect, and I’m completely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

Breeze check in, nice heritage house, good for experience. Nice peaceful neighbourhood but do take note its located on a steep terrain and parking may be a problem. Overall good experience, friendly neighbours and Selim was responsive and helpful.

Mr. Selim is a very good host, he responded quickly to every question and helped immediately when necessary. The location of the house is also very good in general, very close to the beach and trauma. I would definitely recommend it
