First of all, the house really felt like home. The location was close to everything and easy to get to. Although I was the only one, every area of the house was useful. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. I was really satisfied with this place from Izmir, where I went for a visit to work and friends. In addition, since I work on remote, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz for providing accurate information about the internet use and work area I specifically mentioned. Thank you so much Ms. Şebnem, who also helped me with the entrance to the house. You can choose with peace of mind and confidence.

Location is very good! Shopping center is within 10 minutes walking distance. Surrounding area has markets with cafes and is wonderfully quiet. Stay is exactly as in the pictures. Comfortable sofa and beds clean. Nice that there is a separate room for hanging laundry. All hosts were very friendly and were quick to respond! Smooth check-in and checkout. Definitely worth going back for!

Can bey was a very friendly, attentive host who went out of his may to make sure our stay was comfortable and trouble free. The apartment was easy to locate and easy to enter. Once inside, everywhere was very clean and just as the photos showed. I would definately recommend thia apartment and hope to be back if I visit İzmir again. Thank you Can bey!

This apartment felt like a stylish boutique retreat in the heart of the city. The warm terracotta tones, the elegant dining table, and the overall harmony of the design made the space very inviting. The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

We loved our stay at Deniz’s place. It was spacious, clean and in a great location - walkable to the quay, and bars and restaurants. We were only two people staying but there was plenty of room for 4. Deniz was very accommodating allowing us to check in early and leave our bags when we left for the day. He was very friendly and sent lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

It may be necessary to use public transport to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

Boris's apartment was absolutely great! Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view was really beautiful and made the stay even more special. Boris was a great host – very friendly, attentive and always helpful. He regularly inquired if we needed anything, and if we needed a little something, we received it immediately.
