It also has a large outdoor sunny pool with a jacuzzi. Sauna with shower to noia, fitness, barbecue, parking in the yard. On the roof, there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the entire villa area. A 3-minute walk from a large dental clinic and restaurant.

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

A corner of the room is designed with a blue upholstered chair beside a small wooden table, which holds a vase of yellow flowers. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, creating a soft ambiance. An air conditioning unit is mounted above.

I had a perfect time at Bo's. she was extremely kind, flexible and gave many tips and great suggestions. the whole location is very warm and homey! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. Highly recommended 💜 We were very lucky to stay in this wonderful accommodation in Bulgaria for a second time and what can I say - it was just perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the lovingly designed welcome greeting made us feel right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, super cozy and furnished with so much love for detail – you can just feel that someone is a host with heart. Everything you need was there – from towels to kitchen utensils to small touches like snacks, water and coffee. You didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the stay. Lusia and Kevin are incredibly friendly, helpful and absolute people of the heart. So much warmth and hospitality is rare! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come a third time💜

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.
