Villa vacation rentals in Balchik

Summer Blue was amazing and we absolutely loved our stay in Shabla! We hope to come again next year. Rosen was extremely helpful and communicatetive with clear instructions and was very responsive. The house is right next to the beach with incredible views from the balcony. 100% recommend!

Bonnie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich mit um An- und Abreise kümmert und für Fragen und Unterstützung quasi rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung völlig zufrieden; es gab genug Zimmer, genug Platz (wir waren sieben Leute), auch die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist toll. Es gibt allerdings in der Küche nur zwei Herdplatten, was für noch größere Gruppen unpraktisch sein könnte, für uns wäre es aber kein Problem. Die Bus-Station ist ganz nah am Haus, mit dem Bus ist Lidl sehr gut zu erreichen, kleinere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Castle.

We loved our stay in this home so much, being here feels like being in a piece of paradise. We love everything about the house, the beautiful healty garden with amazing views, the nature, the location so close to the beaches. Also, the house itself has everything you would need for a vacation of a family group. It was designed and removated with so much attention to detail in a very beautiful and practical way. Everything is very clean and feels very confortable. Comunication with Magdalena and Simon was great, they gave us so many useful information about the area. They are really nice people. Thank you for the healty and also very tasty food/drinks and for having us in such a wonderful place.

Hostiteľ za nami dlho a trpezlivo čakal, aj keď sme sa zdržali na hraniciach a došli sme až okolo polnoci. Všetko nám podrobne vysvetlil, ukázal, previedol nás domom a usmernil nás v jednotlivých veciach okolo domu a domácnosti. To bolo nesmierne užitočné. Keď sme mali problém v dome a oznámili sme mu to, okamžite poslal svojho pracovníka, aby to opravil. Absolútna pohoda. Dom je prenádherný, útulne zariadený do najmenších detailov, takže keď sa človek vysťahuje, má pocit, akoby odchádzal z domova, pretože v dome ostane všetko zariadené, akoby tam niekto býval. Pripravená bola dokonca aj pleťová voda a podobne.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

A nice, well-maintained and functional house with a great sea view. Host was flexible and accommodating, would definitely recommend or go back again. My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

sans doute la plus belle vue sur Varna, que l'on puisse trouver. La maison est magnifique, rien ne manque et cette vue est exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé a 8 un séjour magique dans cette villa. Que du bonheur

We had a lovely stay and the villa was just as on the pictures. The pool, the garden and the villa were very clean and the family friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

We had a great holiday with the family.The villa is very modern and stylish. It has everything what you need ! Has a lovely sea view … the swimming pool is also very clean.Everything looks exactly like the photos shown .The host is very friendly and welcoming. Do not miss this opportunity. Definitely will be back.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to be! A clear representation that you do not need modern luxury to feel comfortable, especially when you have that green surroundings. My daughter had a lot of fun in the pool and jumping on the trampoline, so the place is perfect for family with kids. Nice location and easy to find a parking spot. Smooth communication with the host. Great experience ❤️

We had a fantastic 10 days at this amazing villa! It was much better than we expected as we had all the benefits of hotel service but in a huge private villa, e.g daily cleaning service and room service. The pool was very cold but we all enjoyed having our very own big pool. The villa is part of the gorgeous Black Sea Rama resort, which is huge. Luckily the villa is only 1 minute walk away from the beautiful hotel (where you can use their indoor and outdoor pool and bar), and only 3 mins way from the clubhouse where you have a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning. My husband enjoyed 2 challenging rounds of golf on the resort and he and the kids enjoyed having free use of the driving range as well. We mostly ate at the Pizzaria as other options weren't very suitable for children but I'm sure they would have been great. We enjoyed the steak house one night and found the steak to be delicious and good value. The only down side was that the hotel staff weren't very informative about services available to us. Luckily i read some online reviews for the resort whilst we were there and learned that we can ask for golf buggy transport around the resort (the pizzaria was located at the very far end away from us), and that there is a free shuttle to the lovely beach at Thracian Cliffs resort. Staff failed to mention this when we paid €40 for a taxi to the beach a few days earlier. It is recommended that you have use of a car as taxis were very expensive. We had also asked for a taxi to the supermarket as we needed milk for our children, but we only found out ourselves in the last couple of days that we could walk to one at the Lighthouse Hotel next door. We also found there was a bit more choice for children on the menu at the Lighthouse. I would highly recommend a stay at Dobrin's villa!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Sie ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist ihr proaktives Verhalten: Sie hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und bei kleineren Anliegen sofort Unterstützung angeboten. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Die Lage ist zu Fuß etwas schwierig zu erreichen, insbesondere mit Gepäck. Mit dem Auto stellt dies allerdings kein Problem dar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit herausragendem Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The place is really nice. It’s child-friendly. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The common area is very spacious. Location is lovely, perfect for walks with children. It was very easy to check in and out. All in all we had a lovely time there!

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation mit Jackie war super! Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
