Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

This self-contained studio runs alongside our home, where we live with our 2 dogs who are likely to greet you. It offers privacy, garden views and all the facilities you will need to enjoy your stay. It is light, bright and on a quiet street, ideal for leisure/work with fast Wifi. It is centrally located; 10 mins drive to the ocean, 15 mins to the city and 20 mins to the Swan Valley wine region. Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station. Guests are spoilt for choice at the broad range of local restaurants within walking distance. The studio is a comfortable two-bedroom studio each with their own en-suite and has a fully self-contained kitchen, bar table and lounge room.
