JC was an amazing host and his property matched the pictures, listings and descriptions. He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. I felt right at home with amazing ocean views. I would definitely book with JC again.

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, y la vista es hermosa. Las tuberías son muy ruidosas y faltaron algunos utensilios básicos de cocina. Pero en general fue excelente la estadía! La zona es bastante ruidosa, pero los servicios son buenos en el edificio

El apartamento es muy cómodo luminoso con una vista del mar increíble, muy completo, con todo para pasar unos días increíbles, la anfitriona 100 puntos se comunicó y respondió todas mis inquietudes muy rápido, muchas gracias Miczoe por todo seguro volveremos o recomendaremos. Hasta la próxima!!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Oriane is a super nice host and we felt very comfortable and safe at the condo. Place was clean and the amenities at the Yatch club were great.

Ell departamento es tal cual lo describen. La cocina con TODO lo que necesitas, utensilios, platos y copas en gran cantidad. Condimentos y todo tipo de especias, super equipado! El sofá cama lo mejor del Departamento, comodísimo. Lo mejor de todo, las vistas!! impresionante vistas a la bahía! Zona super tranquila, mucha paz, fue especial para nosotros. La comunicación con Yana 100 % desde el inicio, responde de inmediato y fue muy generosa al dejarnos recibir la llave mucho antes de la hora del check in, incluso fue mi hijo a recibirla ya que nosotros llegaríamos tarde por el vuelo. Eso fue un plus! Tres cositas a mejorar: 1 reparar la puerta de vidrio del baño que no cierra. 2. la puerta ventana que da de la habitación al balcón no pudimos abrirla estaba muy dura (pero no nos molestó). 3. No hay jabones para mano ni amenidades para ducha (shampu, crema, y gel de ducha). Quitando esto, merece cada centavo pagado y volveríamos de nuevo a alojarnos ahí. Perfecto!! gracias Yana!

Great stay. Kash was quick and responsive and the location was perfect. free parking only 5 minute walk away was great. thanks for a wonderful 2x nights in Miami.

El departamento estaba realmente impecable, tal como se ve en las fotos y cumpliendo con todo lo que indicaba la descripción. Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

Nos encanto el apartamento, es tal cuál se describe en la publicación, muy buena ubicación, muy bien equipado, ideal para 4 personas, el condominio es muy completo. Es un lugar al que volvería feliz, y por supuesto también lo recomiendo.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.
