Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Baku

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.

Ziya, is an amazing host!

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

Rashid was an excellent host. We had everything we needed and we would stay here again.

Very nice place with an amazing little garden

The description of the villa fully corresponds to reality. Everything is very comfortable, clean, there are good equipped free beaches - 10 minutes walk in walking distance. There are great paid beaches - but you will need to go there. There are restaurants. The host met at the airport, hosted. Helped me buy groceries on the day of arrival. Showed the neighborhood. Very hospitable, attentive and correct. Thank you so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay! I want to return!

This place was absolutely stunning! we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Indeed the highlight of our Azerbaijan vacation. The property was spotless, clean and all amenities were perfectly available. Best part was our care takers Elmaaz and Kama who took very good care of and made us feel right at home.

Panorama Lux hotel is located in Baki, about half an hour from Baku’s main attractions, close from the sea with nice views and spacious villas. You must have a car or driver in order to stay at this hotel The rooms are plenty and accommodating for large families, but the furniture is quite old. Always compare the price in different sites as they greatly differ and make sure you specify the exact number of guests as they will try to make you pay the difference if you came with more guests than you indicated in your booking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orxan's villa in Baku, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Orxan was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and well-maintained interiors. Each room is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed many relaxing evenings. What truly set this stay apart was Orxan's attention to detail and commitment to making our visit memorable. He provided us with excellent local recommendations, arranged transportation when needed, and was always available to answer any questions we had. His hospitality made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my stay. Afa is a great host and it is very easy to communicate with her. The apartment has everything for guests and it matches the pictures 100%. Everything is NEW and build with love and thought. The location is in the secured private area with a private beach access. I will definitely come back to stay here again, too bad my travel dates were a bit outside of beach season, so next time I would love to come during the summer time! Lovely hostess, available, hospitable and in a good mood. A detailed description of the route was provided, so there were no difficulties with check-in at all. Private beach, guarded area, seaside cafe (delicious food was). The house is absolutely new kept in perfect cleanliness!

Emil is the greatest host anyone could ask for!! He was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and taken care of. His home is absolutely beautiful, and offered plenty of space for a group of five to relax in private, or spend time together in any of the beautiful shared spaces. We were in Azerbaijan for COP 29 so we had early mornings and late nights. Emil arranged breakfast service, car services, and airport pick up and drop off for our convenience. Because of his team we felt safe and supported despite our long work days and we fell in love with Azerbaijani food, music, and people. I have rented through Airbnb for years and I’ve never encountered such kind and respectful hosts. We all hope to return to Azerbaijan again because of Emil and his family.

Elvin and his staff is what made this villa extra special. He helped us with everything you can think off, was able to provide groceries, cooking services, cleaning, laundy, driving, translation help… you name it, they had it covered. Will absolutely advice this to other guest. Its pricey (relatively cheap considering what your getting though), but if you can spare the money, don’t hesitate a minute.
