Месторасположение квартиры отличное, рядом есть магазин и красивый парк. Ночью из окна очень красивый вид на море :) Для непридирчивого жильца это место отличный вариант) Стоит обратить внимание на то, что интернет достаточно слабый и не дотягивает до спальни и кухни, сериал посмотреть не удалось. Также я бы заменила одеяла на более современные. Но мы с мужем всё равно остались довольны и смело рекомендуем это место ;)

Это наверняка лучшие апартаменты в Баку! Лучше чем на фото. Огромные комнаты и кухня. Шикарный вид на море. Рядом все необходимое. В одной минуте ходьбы Супермаркет 24/7, торговый центр, кафе и рестораны, прекрасная набережная для прогулок. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Старый город в 10 минутах езды на машине. Магомед моментально отвечал на все вопросы. Прекрасный хост! Спасибо большое. Всё было великолепно.

I loved the place, everything was as described. The host is very friendly, and helpful, not that we had any issues, whatever questions I had it was professionally, friendly and promptly answered. We came there just before the season opened, so it was very quite, exacly what I was looking for. Grossery, pharmacy is close by, lots of restaurants around, delivery also available from close by places. Highly recommended !!!

Un appartement idéalement situé dans le lacis des ruelles de la vieille ville. Nargiz fut une personne très à l'écoute et très flexible. Un grand merci à elle pour son hospitalité et son aide précieuse. L'appartement est spacieux et calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour : wifi de qualité, air conditionné... Nous recommandons vivement.

Great apartment, fantastic location. Great view of the Caspian Sea, easy to get around and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby (and a supermarket). Communication was easy and we received a good introduction and explanation of the apartment. I hope to stay again sometime soon.

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

Все было очень хорошо! Дом соответствовал фотографию и описанию, все было на месте и даже больше. Сам хозяин помогал чем мог и всегда был рад ответить на возникшие вопросы. Обязательно вернемся!

Really happy with our stay at Shahin place. Great contact with the host. The apartment looks even better in real life than in the pictures. High ceilings make the space really spacious. Location just several minutes away from the Baku port with a lot of restaurants, shopping center and promenade. Looking forward to stay here again when coming back to Baku.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.
