My third stay in Vista Vella II. Santiago is a very helpful host. He assisted me with a variety of details about several units that he manages. This condo is awesome with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor facing the ocean. Located next to Costco and across the street from a 24 hour supermarket. The condo was clean, stylish and comfortable. There were 3 of us. We had a 2 bedroom condo with one king sized bed and two full size beds in the second bedroom that was beautifully furnished. Lovely, peaceful and clean complex with 3 pools. Everything is as pictured. Easy using Uber. Pool was never crowded it was very clean and well maintained. Overall, an awesome value and experience staying here. I can't wait to return.

We had a great time. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning and spotless clean. Master bedroom is so comfortable. We felt at home. If you travel with kids is so worth it. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedó en Eco Condos. las instalaciones son muy agradables, y hasta dormimos mejor que en casa. Muy céntrico, cerca de tanto el Valle de guadalupe como de la ciudad. Excelente lugar. Me quedaría mil veces de nuevo ahi.

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was very good. Restaurants close by. House had all the amenities as described. Great views. Good selection of TV channels if you are staying in for the night. Would recommend this property.

This was our first time at those resort and we loved it! We were worried at first since it’s only 1 bedroom and 1 bath for 4 of us (2 adults $ 2 kids) but it was prefect! Very clean and comfortable!

We loved this place everything was clean , beautiful views, nice pool area, closer to the beach and secured , host responses quickly , everything was good .

I loved every second I was there. I love shelling and Ar's place was the perfect location for some of the most beautiful shells I have ever found in PP. And no one was around . Not a single soul. We had this beautiful beach to ourselves. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the master bedroom and bath were breathless. Tou could hear the sea at night and what a way to fall asleep.. We went grocery shopping and stocked up on sea food before we checked in. The placard in the kitchen said "relax" and thats what we did ..... hoping to get to go back for Thanksgiving !!

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

It was a lovely home, clean and peaceful. Will be looking to rent for our next trip. The Host was very responsive and friendly.

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

Such a beautiful house especially the bathroom. I am so grateful to have stayed there, it felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great part of town. Quiet and nice neighbors. Overall great experience even with the spirits🫶

This was by far one of the best stats I've ever had! First off, Bisbee is such a cool town. Very pro-lgbtqia and TONS of art. The house is so unique. It sits high up on a hill, has a lot of classic, antique charm, with plenty of modern comforts. We had 7 people and all slept comfortably. Steve and Donna did a great job with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Only downside is the hill is not great for cars, highly sideway just parking at the lot at the bottom and walking up. It's not that far but it is uphill so you gotta be in shape-ish.

Great place to bring adults and relax with ample space for each individual or couple. The outside view of the bay is beautiful, quiet, and the stars in the sky really pop out. Each room has a king sized bed and its own personal bathroom, which is huge for adults and couples. The kitchen is equipped with a very nice gas stove, microwave and refrigerator, which made cooking easy. I used the outside grill to cook burgers as well. We stayed for the golf at Islas Del Mar and that was well worth it! I had a little trouble finding the house, but Michael directed me very well. He is super responsive and will help your visit be a success.

Our family regularly visits and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in hands down. The ground floor access made it so easy for the kids to go in and out while being right by the pool and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and playing in the grass every evening once everyone had their fill of the water. We WILL BE RETURNING to this spot! Our host Jill promptly responded with every correspondence as well.

Place was beautiful, amazing view from balcony, the resort and the beach are great, we have stayed in several condos in Puerto Peñasco and we can say this was one of the best we’ve been. Staff is friendly and made us feel safe. Can’t recommend enough!

A little slice of paradise! This gorgeous penthouse was perfect for my large family! The views from the private balcony were absolutely stunning! All of the included amenities were perfect! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything a person could need. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The number of large beach towels in addition to bathroom linens was fantastic! The media room, games and beach toys kept my kids entertained the whole time! Everything about this place was just wonderful!

We had so much fun! Both bedrooms were so comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet comforter. The bathrooms were spotless with over sized bath towels. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. The living room was very comfortable. Everything was super clean looking and not cluttered. The balcony was perfect. Lots of seating. We took a meal up there a few times and looked out over the ocean while we ate. She supplied pool towels. The pools are pristine. Lots of lounge chairs. The beach was just a walk past the pool with lots of sea shells. The hostess went about and beyond. We will be booking this stay again for sure. Thank you so much!

We had a piece full stay with family. Great service at the front desk. Lauren was there and told us everything that we needed to know. Really friendly and polite. She was helpful from the beginning and answered all questions truthfully. We would stay at this location and will recommend friends and family that will visit Rocky Point.

This place is an absolute gem. The location was great. An easy walk to access multiple pools. the beach was a very short walk and they provided a pull cart and everything you could think of to make your beach experience enjoyable. My family and I loved the comfortable feeling of the condo, it really felt like an extension of our home. I really enjoyed our stay and hope to make a return trip and stay at Marie and Steve's condo again. Thank you for everything and most of all thank you for all the communication. I felt like nothing was left to chance and everything was well laid out with crystal clear instruction. Thank you again!

Great location, people were really friendly, and the balcony was so nice!
