The teenagers will enjoy the game room with 75" television and billiards table. The house and patios are large and have many places to hide away with a book or quiet conversation even when hosting a large group. At night the fire pit is the perfect place to look at the stars and listen to the waves after a wonderful day on the beach.

Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

Rebecca had so many great recommendations that can also be quite helpful for new guests in that area.

Beautiful home and location. Tons to do and see around the resort. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions. This is not a good location for beach access for the kids to play in the water. But when the tide eventually comes in it is beautiful. The resort had great amenities and was well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
