This was the second time i've stayed at Johnson's place, on both occasions for 3 weeks. I've now stayed in both of the airbnbs at his address. Both are very good: extremely clean and well-equipped, and Johnson is a very helpful and responsive host! As an example, before I arrived, he messaged to ask if there was anything I needed. I asked if there was equipment to make tea (I'm English!). I simply meant, a kettle. When I arrived, Johnson had provided a full tea set for me: teapot, jug and cups, as well as the all-important kettle and much more than I'd asked! He really is a very good host and I whole-heartedly recommend his airbnbs to anyone looking to stay comfortably in this very pleasant and relaxing area of Taipei city.

The owner maintains the place very carefully, and the renovated house still retains the structure and traces of the original US military dormitory. Staying here will not only allow you to understand and learn about the relevant history, but also learn about ecology, humanities and other related activities through workshops. It is a high-quality place that can enrich your mind. Recommended for friends who want to get away from the hustle and bustle for a night!

You'll reach Jazz's apartment after 2 flights of stairs and a dark corridor. But to our surprise, the apartment was renovated quite nicely. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the hot spring bath!
