Very nice apartment, very quiet at the end of the season. The swimming pool is very pretty too. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance! Just like the sea! Thank you for this trip Eduard is very responsive too and has good advice.

A very good experience at this place. The host Ana, the truth is that the service could be improved, attentive and flexible. The house is very good and matches the description in detail. The best part is the upstairs terrace and the views with the tranquility there. The only thing to keep in mind is that walking down is a long walk downhill, but taxis for the return are €10. It fits everything perfectly and we have this accommodation in mind for future trips.

From the moment we booked online, Juan has been an excellent host, extremely responsive when I had questions before our visit. The day before we were due to arrive, I received a booklet with more information about the house as well as instructions on how to get inside. The house was spotless, in a beautiful location, steps away from the beach (you can hear the sea from the balcony). On the day we were leaving, Juan and his wife came to introduce themselves and it was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you Juan and family 😊 Highly recommended.

We stayed at Jason's place for 2 weeks. This house is everything you need for a great vacation. The house is large, direct to the largest pool of the residence, all the necessary equipment is present. The house is big, absolutely ideal for 4 people. The first beach is a 5 minutes walk away. Parking the car in the small driveway next to the entrance, no parking problems. From the terrace, direct view of the pool, ideal for watching children while you have an aperitif!:) Finally, the city of Alcossebre is perfect for family, it's quiet and very well-traveled. In short, we had an absolutely extraordinary stay and we were simply sad to leave. And finally, Jason answered all our questions very quickly, which is perfect. My partner, me and our dog have had a perfect vacation in this accommodation, Cesar the host is a attentive, kind, polite and efficient person, when it comes to communicating with us it has been a pleasure to have such a communicative host. The little house is everything we expected and more as it was very well equipped. It's great for a vacation. Enjoy the barbecue and the outdoor patio in which you have private parking has made the difference of our vacation. Everything's perfect 👌👏👏

Marta is amazing owner of the villa. She was very helpful and gave everything that was needed for my kid( especially the bath was wonderful). The villa is full of kitchen equipment. There is a small garden with orange and apple trees at the territory of the villa. Wifi was good too. And there is a parking place at the territory of the villa. Definitely I would recommend the house itself for family visiting. The way to the nearest beach took us 10 min. To the centre of Cambrils is 30 min walk. With the cart it took us a bit more. In Cambrils there is railways pretty close to everything and sometimes you here trains, and plains( Reut’s airport is nearby). The nearest shop is 5 min walk.

Marian is super attentive, she welcomed us with a nice touch 🥰 and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier. The house is amazing and very large, it has everything you need for a vacation. Having breakfast and dinner on the terrace is wonderful The development is very quiet and close to the beach. We went to the beach by car and had no problem parking near the beach (I don't know what it will be like in July and August). Good things: The house is very well conditioned and equipped. Its location in front of the sea is excellent. Communication, always virtual, with Pilar has been fast, clear, friendly and very fluid. Our stay at the Alcanar Houses was very pleasant. Not so good things - the back rooms are not as quiet as the rest of the house as they face the road.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ciara's house. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything in the description. The area is quiet, the pool and beaches nearby are ideal for kids. Ciara is very attentive and friendly, we hope to return soon!

We love our stay here super relax little community with an awesome pool. The property was spacious enough for a family. The air-conditioning was great and we felt very safe. I would recommend to stay here again. The host is awesome.

I subscribe all previous reviews about this house and the host. Everything was wonderful: the house, the hostess and how we were received. Outside it was very hot, and we asked for an umbrella for the terrace. Marta organized this for us right away, and everything was great. The only thing that clouded our vacation was the neighbors from house number 13. Her shouting, the scream of the adults and the children, was unbearable. They screamed in the pool, in the house and when closing doors. Since the neighbors lived right next door, we heard this scream constantly, which made sleeping very difficult. This has affected our holiday. But it looks like we were just unlucky. Marta can't do anything about it, we understand. That's why we wish the next guests better neighbors.

Anna is a very friendly host and available for any questions or concerns. The house is very nice and clean. Two downsides: too hot in the double room which does not have air conditioning and the hot water insufficient for the showers there were 6 of us. Direct walking access to a small beach is much appreciated. As far as the pool is concerned, it is open from 10am to 3pm and from 5pm to 11pm.

Carlos was very responsive, check in was easy. The place small but very nice. Very nice outside space that we had breakfast in the morning, BBQ in the evening. Full kitchen, everything there that we needed. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded. Nice restaurants close by (walking about 15 minutes, couple minutes by car). Carlos responded very fast via airbnb messages before, during and on checkout day! Thank you!
