No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Very nice house with large sunny patio. Very close to the beach and grocery stores and easy to get to and from the train station. Well-equipped kitchen and there was a barbecue as well as kitchen area outdoors. Comfortable beds and plenty of space, good selection on the TV. And Rafael is a star!

We had a great time at Isabelle and Jean-Baptiste's, their house is modern, very beautiful, pleasant and very well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very positive when you come in a group. Superb location, we all enjoyed ourselves and we'll be happy to go back. Thank you for everything, your responsiveness, hospitality and recommendations. In turn, we would recommend this listing without hesitation!

Maria and Rafa’s house was perfect for us. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood but 2 minutes walk to a good beach and an easy, lovely walk into town (short enough for our 3 year old to manage with no fuss). The house itself was great for a low-key family holiday and generally everything was working well and as shown in the listing. Maria and her family were very thoughtful and kind leaving toys and other stuff for the kids. We had a great time!

The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen with wooden cabinetry and a breakfast bar with blue stools. A staircase leads to the upper level. A comfortable green seating area is visible in the background, complemented by natural light coming through large windows.

Everything was great the only problem is there is no AC and it was so hot upstairs where the rooms are

The beach house

We spent our nearly 3 week vacation there. From the first moment, we felt right at home. Santiago is a very friendly and attentive person. If you are looking for tranquility and local tourism then you are in the right place. If you are looking for a shopping center you have near Mataro that in 15 min. by car you are there and if you want to spend a day with many tourists you have near Calella. In Arenys de Mar that is a few minutes away you have all the essentials you need. If you want to go to the beach walking you are also in a pispas there and if you take your dog you are lucky that precisely there is an area reserved for them. Being the house in an area with a lot of wood you will see squirrels and hear the owl. All in all we have returned happy and with the batteries charged.

Scheduled at the last minute, our stay only had good surprises in store for us. The accommodation first, the location of which is absolutely perfect (with parking right in front of the door), with sea views, Olympic calm and the city center just a stone's throw away. Collioure next, which we did not know and whose charms we discovered with pleasure. We will be back!
