Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bairrada DOC

Het was een heel mooi huisje, klein, maar alles was van goed materiaal, fijne douche, mooi ingericht met leuke houtdetails. We sliepen heerlijk met de ramen open en het geluid van het riviertje, verder was het helemaal stil ‘s nachts. Buiten fijne terrassen, heerlijk met onze voeten in het riviertje gezeten, een fantastische omgeving, helemaal vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huis en een lieflijk gehuchtje. We liepen elke dag een half uurtje naar Gois, een mooi dorp met rivier en heerlijke gebakjes bij de paladeria. Wij vonden het heel fijn!

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this spot enough. We really needed rest and relaxation and couldn’t have found a more peaceful location. We were sad to leave. Michele is a wonderful, kind and caring human being, and we were so fortunate to have met her.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia en la casa de Joao. Es un lugar realmente especial, con un diseño arquitectónico muy cuidado y una preciosa decoración. La casa es amplia, muy luminosa y armónica, lo que facilita una magnífica convivencia. El patio-jardín es un lugar inmejorable para leer, charlar o darse un baño, muy calmado y silencioso. Y el bosquecillo que lo rodeo pone la guinda si quieres darte un pequeño paseo. La atención de Joao fue siempre inmejorable, ¡muchas gracias!

Die Unterkunft entsprach in jeglicher Hinsicht den Fotos, die gezeigt werden. Obwohl check in eigentlich erst um 17:00 Uhr war, durfte ich netterweise bereits eher in das Haus. Dies machte es für mich möglich, Aveiro bereits am ersten Tag ohne Kofferschleppen erkunden zu können. Leider habe ich dadurch die Gastgeber nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Dies war absolut nur deswegen, weil ich eher in das Haus wollte. Das nächste Mal wenn ich wieder in Aveiro bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Ana und Ricardo reagieren sehr schnell, die Unterkunft ist blitzblank, das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckereien, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, kurzum, dies ist die Perfekte Unterkunft für Aveiro. Die Adresse habe ich für den nächsten Besuch schon gespeichert😊

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in Cernache. Die großzügige Wohnung bot genug Platz für all unsere Bedarfe und war ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das verarbeitete Holz hat einen tollen Duft verströmt. Antonio hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns Tipps zum Aufenthalt und zur Gegend gegeben. Besonders schön war der Garten mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen, die uns frischen Saft für den Frühstückstisch bescherten, einem Spielhaus und Schaukeln sowie einem kleinen Pool, was besonders unsere Tochter gefreut hat. Nach Coimbra ist es nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, aber auch Cernache hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Leute vor Ort waren alle sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank!

Heerlijk om te verblijven omdat je van alle gemakken bent voorzien. Er is een zwembad,groot en diep, en een kleinere met jetsets, leuk toch. Een bbq, keuken met alles erop en eraan, gigantische badkamer, een sportgedeelte met fitness mogelijkheden en een jacuzzi! Dan zijn de ruimtes goed voorzien van airco en de eigenaren zijn verschrikkelijk aardig. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld even een snel wasje mogen doen. Een aanrader!

Uma estadia absolutamente inesquecível! A casa é de tirar o fôlego – lindíssima, confortável, cheia de charme e com tudo o que é preciso para relaxar e aproveitar. Mas o que torna este lugar ainda mais especial é o anfitrião: extremamente atencioso, presente e genuinamente preocupado com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Tivemos um problema com o carro durante a viagem e ele foi incansável a ajudar-nos, com uma generosidade que não se encontra facilmente. Mais do que uma estadia, vivemos uma experiência. Sentimo-nos cuidados, em segurança e profundamente gratos por tudo. Recomendo de coração esta casa – quem tiver a sorte de cá ficar, vai entender o que é verdadeira hospitalidade. Um lugar que fica na memória… e no coração!

The property is on superb location, very neat and clean and above all the host is so nice to guide in case of any query. It is above to our expectations and would love to stay here in future. Strongly recommend others to use this airbnb in the heart of Aveiro Centre.

Beautiful, modern appointed, open plan apartment. Just as described. Microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Free water and coffee. Great location to walk to the river or up the hill to the university . Close to restaurants. Passeata was always quick with his reply, photos of the location and check in process was very helpful. Only stayed one night, would loved to have stayed more. Parked in the parking station Passeata suggested, only 5 min walk from the apartment. Narrow entry into carpark station, heaps of space if you go to level 2 or 3. Take the ticket with you and pay before you get in your car to leave, at level 1 or near exit.

Lovely bright apartment on third floor with great views in the heart of the old town. We enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a stay in Coimbra.

I loved everything about my stay in Ana's appartment! The appartment itself is lovely, it was super clean and super cozy, very lovingly decorated, i felt very much at home. In the kitchen i found everything i needed to cook a nice meal. the location is amazing, just next to beach, you can hear the waves in the background. Internet was spotless. Communication with Ana was amazing, she was always quick to reply and you could feel her care even from a distance. Check in and check out is very easy and relaxed. I can only fully recommend and hope to come back here in the future. Thank you for everything Ana!

The apartment is in a popular small square with 3 restaurants, a small bar, a top notch gelato shop and one of the most famous Fado show organizers that host a performance at 6 pm and 7 pm each night. The bars/restaurants seemed to close by 11 pm or 12 pm depending on the night. Voices and street performers are loud when the windows are open, but with the double set of windows closed, most noise is blocked out. The location is about a 10 minute climb up to the University but only 2 minutes from the most popular main tourist pedestrian road full of shops and restaurants. The dishwasher was broken when we stayed but the host gave us a heads-up about that situation. The beds are a little squishy, the towels a little scratchy but despite having no AC, the place stayed a comfortable temperature even with it being in the 30C's for 4 days and reaching 35C on our second day. The washing machine in the apartment worked well. The host, Romeu, is very responsive and a very friendly guy.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en el apartamento de Carlos. Muy limpio y tranquilo y situado a escasos dos minutos de una playa preciosa. Bien situado para visitar Porto, Aveiro y los Passadiços de Paiva entre otras cosas. Cocina completa y camas muy cómodas. El cuarto de baño también estaba en perfectas condiciones. Sí volviésemos por la zona, no dudaríamos en elegirla de nuevo.

We had a great stay at Sofia’s. The place is beautiful. Everything was as described and more. She also recommended restaurants which were great choices!

El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de lugares para comer y para visitar. El departamento es muy acogedor, limpio y de fácil acceso. David siempre fue muy atento con nosotros.

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Small but very comfortable and esthetic studio with a nice view. Walking distance from the old center. Eduardo and Manuela provided a helpful suggestions and information regarding visiting the town. We were able to leave our car in front of the building while visiting the town, even after checking out. It was very convenient and accommodating. We had a very good time in old Coimbra. It is a very interesting town to visit. Thank you Eduardo and Manuela for sharing your place with us .

We felt right at home at Andre’s place and loved staying in such a beautifully typical Portuguese home. André has thought of everything from kitchen tools to games and every comfort of home. We especially loved the peaceful backyard garden. We would definitely stay here again if available for our next trip to Aveiro.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.
