The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Beautiful bungalow built in a safe residence just across the beach from the village of Sainte-Anne. You will only have to cross the small road to find yourself on the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe. The bungalow is air-conditioned and offers all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Everything is nearby: the market, the nautical base, the supermarket, the bakery as well as the reputed restaurants by the sea.

Les Oliviers is a spacious holiday home built in the 70s with wood from the forests of the leeward coast. With its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it can accommodate 6 people. It is located in a 2000 m2 garden in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes' drive from the beaches and the center of Sainte-Anne. Our villa is close to Malendure beach with walking access ( 10 min), many restaurants are close by. You will appreciate our villa for its brightness, the warmth of colors, the atmosphere, the quiet neighborhood and the outdoor spaces. Our house is good for couples and families (with kids) and you will be connected with our on-site contact will help you organize your stay in Guadeloupe.

My place is good for a couple or family (with 2 kids over 2 years old). 4 people maximum (including kids). The pool is shared. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and bathroom were redone in December 2023.
