Vacation rentals with beach access in Baillif

March 2025 Christelle's apartment was an important part of the pleasure we had in visiting Guadeloupe. It was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The views of the sea and the mountains were breathtaking. Christelle was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, without hesitation.

Great stay, the place is great, close to the beach, Laurence and Denis are great.

An extraordinary view, we fought to do the dishes with such a view... A very nice pool to cool off as well as the air conditioning in the accommodation... A pleasant terrace to eat there in the company of chickens, birds and frogs while admiring the sunset... Dominique is a very friendly host... In short, we won't hesitate to go back.

Very nice accommodation, with beautiful surroundings and superb views of Pigeon Island. Beautiful pool that allows you to relax after days of activities and discoveries. We spent two and a half months and it was a really great vacation. The place is in a good location and the accommodation is good. I'd definitely go back.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Beautiful place with stunning views of the Grande Anse bay and the sea. You can reach several beautiful beaches either on foot or in a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommend! :)

My wife and I just spent two weeks at Emile's! Very pleasant stay in a large and comfortable single-story house! Air conditioning in one room and the very powerful fan helped us withstand the heat. The large and totally shaded veranda was often our favorite room! The plus: two well-appointed loungers that accompanied us to the different beaches (folded in the trunk of the car!) Very functional TV and wifi. The equipment needed for cooking is basic, however... but we adapted 😉 In short, a GREAT STAY!!!

A real favorite for Chris and Jacky's house! We enjoyed the huge terrace with the incredible view day and night. The house is really very nice and Jacky received us with a lot of attention and small tips that even allowed us to swim next to the turtles … When we arrived, small local surprises were waiting for us, we had a great time! Only regret, having to leave this magical place…

Superb accommodation for one night or multiple nights in Les Saintes, very welcoming hosts. And very attentive, peaceful environment, wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

We 100% recommend this listing as described, which met all our criteria. Very well located on low ground close to all the places to visit as a family. Corine and Fred were lovely to us and we were welcomed as members of their family. Beyond a vacation rental, it is a rich human experience that we retain from these few days in Bouillante. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful during our stay. Great apartment, clean and good location. All services are nearby; restaurants, pharmacy etc. I would 100% recommend it.

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

We had a great time, perfect location, easy to get around the island. Friendly host and responsive to past requests. We highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

I liked Joelle's place a lot. Everything you need is available and the view is just great. The surrounding area is also very beautiful. I booked my next stays with her directly.

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jerome's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect location with the beach opposite. Perfect in amenities… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and return to reality.

Henri was very welcoming and accommodating for our arrival. The apartment is more than comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view. Henri gave us advice. I recommend it and look forward to coming back to your home! 😊

Very nice home, with beach in front. Very well located, close to shops,restaurants ( restaurant Le Nil👍)and the superb beach of the village . Very good welcome. We had a great time.

We had a great time at Evelyne and Jean's apartment. Sébastien welcomed us super friendly and was always available for any questions. A big thank you to Evelyne and Jean for the many recommendations for activities and restaurants, we felt very welcome. The studio was very clean and cozy and the best thing is of course the view of the sea from the beautiful terrace. The nearest beach is only 3 minutes away on foot. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!
