We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. Very short but very pleasant stay. Samuel was very responsive to our questions. Old accommodation, well renovated, nicely decorated. The stairs are steep (typical of the area), you have to take this into account. We will go back without hesitation if we have the opportunity

Very good stay at Noël's, with a warm welcome. The place and the house are as described, both peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the possibility of beautiful walks with our dog. Our stay was short but we were able to visit the surroundings and the Audomarois marshes. We plan to go back and share this little getaway with those around us.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Martine and Bertrand's! Their cottage is a haven of peace, located in a charming family campsite. The accommodation is impeccable, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The private hot tub was the cherry on the cake, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation after our days of exploring. Martine and Bertrand are exceptional hosts, very welcoming and available for any question or need. We highly recommend their cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to unwind. the exchanges with Audrey were very pleasant, clear and efficient. the house is more than charming, clean, spacious, very well-equipped, extremely pleasant, well laid out and above all, it smells good🥰🥰🥰. Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Beautiful accommodation with lots of space, quiet location and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were 3 couples and 2 kids. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!
