accommodation on the 1st floor without elevator, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds each with a small living room and balcony. no private parking but parking is available on the street (the neighborhood is quiet). the apartment is located 5 minutes from the Des Chartreux metro station and 5 Avenues metro station for quick access to Saint Charles train station (3 stops) The tram stop is not far from the home. Palais Longchamp is 6 minutes from the apartment.

Located 15 minutes' walk from the train station and the old port. A stone's throw from Place Jean Jaurès ( the plain) and Cours Julien, you can enjoy the very dynamic and trendy life of the Camas district, shop, bar, restaurant, street arts. a metro and tram station 5 min away will allow you to get around very easily.

Seaside homes in pine forest

Seaside house isolated in a pine forest, with a living area of approximately 80 m2. Access is via a private subdivision (electric gate). The shed is located on a plot of pine trees sheltered from the mistral on the edge of a wire railroad, implying a noise disturbance of a few seconds during the passage of the train (passenger transport) but the silence is total outside these few moments, as well as at night. A 150m path leads directly to a cove.

Very pleasant apartment to stay in, unobstructed view of the lighthouses of the Old Port (small sea view). Very quiet building. Bike station 100m away, metro down the street.
