Less than 20 minutes from the beaches, 10 km from Montpellier, 10 minutes from the airport and the Gare Sud de France, 30 km from Nimes. Massane Golf Course, latest generation Skatepark, Training Center, SNCF train station serving Montpellier center 8 minutes and Nimes 25 minutes, Highway at the entrance to the village, all shops.

House awarded 3 stars by Etoiles de France (quality label). 20 minutes from Montpellier, 25 minutes from the beaches, pretty house of 100 m2 with floor, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 2 bedrooms upstairs with shower room + toilet 1 bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom + separate toilet. Possibility to use the living room sofa for 2 extra beds Parking and garage. In winter it is wood burning stove and in summer, heated pool (from mid May to end of September) .
